Miss Dyer has been providing consulting services to non-profit organizations and small businesses since 1996. It is her way of handing what Ron Sokol entrusted to her on to future generations. She is a specialist in the areas of transforming dream and vision into the clear cut steps to form the organization and its governance, funding and the relationship of grants to program, facility design for efficiency, and marketing. Miss Dyer knows organizational dynamics both from the outside (the consultant's role), and from the inside through her current service on the Appaloosa Horse Club, Inc. Board of Directors. She is a much sought speaker at regional and national conventions, and the author of several books.
