 Riders Academy at ADVANTAGE RANCH provides lessons and learning in skill set development appropriate for those interested in horse showing or in future horse ownership. This program offers a unique way for participants to spend more time each week with horses, learning about them and fostering the love that drives each of us to find a place for horses in our daily lives. Specifically, members join the Riders Academy team and have up to five hours each week of mentored skill development time in addition to their scheduled riding lessons. By joining Riders Academy, individuals will also have the opportunity to show at local and regional shows on Ranch horses in order to gain experience even if horse ownership is not currently possible. Academy members will also be invited to participate "Day-shops", enjoy Summer Overnights and Mini-Technical Intensives, along with Team Tournament practice. Academy members will work towards skill-set badges in the following areas:
