ADVANTAGE RANCH and Retreat Center is located on 350 fabulous acres of rolling hills, pastures & woodlands adjacent to the Jefferson National Forest in southwest Virginia. The Ranch has been the Dyer family home for 4 decades. It is a secluded and spiritual nexus and a safe haven for animals and people alike. Retreat participants will live in the bunkhouse of the Equine Complex. A team of 15 horses and 14 people (plus the volunteers in mission teams providing support for meals, transportation and logistics) produce Resilience Retreats.
