This weekend you will follow the path to HORSonality™, beginning with a three hour Workshop "DISCover Yourself", the Easiest Way to Understand People. Human Behavior Consultant David Dyer leads the workshop, where participants learn the patterns of human behavior, administer a self assessment test to know their own style, and gain understanding of the way that personality styles interact.

After the Saturday lunch break, this learning adventure resumes in the arena with the technology of HORSonality™, demonstration of the technique, and observation and scoring of the sample horses. Led by HORSonality™ innovator, author, and professional horsewoman, Deb Dyer in this session participants will

• draw parallels to the assessment factors introduced in the DISC Workshop
• understand the axis of pace and orientation and how the horse can be described across them
• identify the tool that horsemen have used for hundreds of years
• score observable horse behaviors on the HORSonality™ Assessment

Continuing to the Sunday Sessions, the participants will have additional opportunities to score HORSonality™ Assessments while those persons who selected the "Hands On Horse" option will work directly with Deb and her facilitation team to learn the technology, practice tools in a simulation, and get hands on the horses with active coaching. Determine the HORSonality™ (temperament style) of your own horse! Discussion follows every round of horse work. Q&A will close the day.
