AN INVESTMENT IN YOUR FUTURE

ADVANTAGE RANCH training program is an investment in your future which will enhance your career opportunities and increase your salary potential. This program will turn your interest in horses and the well being of children into a marketable professional. We will help by teaching you what you need to know in the field, and how to make a living doing it. And our help extends long after your graduation with continuing education opportunities, certification, support materials, and industry wide networking.

Is all of this affordable? The answer is a definite yes. Thanks to the work of ADVANTAGE Foundation, we make it possible for you to invest in the ADVANTAGE RANCH training program -- and your success makes it all worthwhile.

What do we do first?

First, fill out the Application form and all appendices and submit them to ADVANTAGE RANCH. We cannot award financial aid until this application process is complete.

What is financial aid?

Financial aid is the assistance awarded to you to cover the difference between our tuition and the amount you can afford to pay. For trainees this assistance is in the form of partial or total student loans. These loans are awarded by ADVANTAGE Foundation. They have a re-payment schedule that may reach from 12 to 24 months, with low interest rates that vary as a function of loan duration.

Can I get assistance not based on need?

Yes, we award student loans for situations of special circumstances that may not be based in financial need. This is why our application process requests a personal essay that relates your unique story. It helps us get to know you, and makes your experience with us more valuable.

How do I apply for financial assistance?

Application for financial aid involves two sources of information. First, complete the  Application for  Student Aid. Second, write your personal request for aid in the form of an essay. This essay should be limited to two typed, single spaced pages or 1000 words. Submit the  form and your essay with your application.

What happens next?

Since ADVANTAGE RANCH is an independent learning opportunity we process these forms in house. The staff of ADVANTAGE Foundation review you application using the same need analysis formula that Congress mandates for the Federal Student Aid Processor. Usually within two weeks, you will be notified of your award.
