"Ella" is a National and Reserve National Champion and has earned more than 250 national points, 8 Open ROMS, and 3 Non-Pro ROMs. She was recognized as a Versatility Champion in 2000 and an ApHC Club Champion in 2002. She has earned Year End Top Ten recognition five times in five different classes over her illustrious show career. Notably, in 2000, "Ella" finished in the Top Ten of point earners in both Three-Year-Old Snaffle Bit Western Pleasure and Three-Year-Old Snaffle Bit Hunter Under Saddle. Finally, she also has Superior Event Awards in Senior Trail, Hunter in Hand, and Non-Pro Western Pleasure. With these credentials, it is easy to imagine all that one of "Ella’s" offspring might accomplish! |
| While motherhood is relatively new to her, "Ella" has taken to it beautifully. She has been straightforward to breed and birthed her first foal, Catchin My Drift, with ease. This filly, by Choc Full of Chips, is now well into yearling year and continues to delight all who see her - "Mia’s" non-pro owner has been dreaming of a new versatility mount for years and is thrilled to have one that so closely resembles her beautiful mother! "Ella" is currently in foal to DZ Weedo for a February 2013 baby, one who we know will have the size and extension to dominate in the hunter arena and possibly have the strength and softness to rock back for the western events.
